she was in fight or flight mode. happens to lotsa peeps when they're confronted by their fear and she chose to flee. it's primal and irrational. they just need to be eased into it. i've seen the same happen to police officers who come into home w/ snakes and lizards lol.

That's not a good comparison considering sharks can easily come into contact with a person swimming without being seen beforehand vs a ball python locked in a cage they can't escape from. Also if I were that afraid of snakes I would have asked before I even entered the house she called me last night to let me know she was coming today and called me again today to verify my address one of those times would have been the perfect opportunity to say "by the way you don't own any snakes do you because I can't be around them" also I listed all our pets with the service in case of allergies etc and I listed the snake because I figured it was relevant! Btw I'm not arguing and I thank you for your input!
