Is my male too small?

No problem! A know a lot of people on the forum use this chart (myself included) so anytime I see someone worried about feeding their snake the wrong size prey or if they're snake is too thin, I send it to them lol.

I went to the petshop earlier(as it's feeding day) and looked for a medium rat and this thing was huge! Much wider than my female, so i purchased a small rat instead. My male is being abit fussy. He struck and missed the first time and caught it the second time. He hasn't ate it at all. Not sure why though. Should i leave the rat there and hope he eats it later?
