it seems the 100watt ($40) and 300watt ($50) thermostats work on a dial. they sold out the 600watt version (<--- hyperlink) which works on digital controls and has a backlit screen. it think these can be a good option for the beginner keeper or small hobbyists. esp. b/c they're made by Exo-Terra, they will probably be sold and pushed in pet stores. a thermostat is a must!

hmm i'm trying to remember the order. the turtle tubs/cages, to the right was Billy selling from Glacier Rodents selling reptile food, another vendor, then i think Rainier View Reptiles (they complained about being next to the birds and petting zoo). to the left was the Malaysian Cat Gecko lady and other vendors. i don't remember the snake called wierdo. what was up with it?

there was another wierdo tho. there was a tall guy w/ long stringy, hair in a windbreaker jacket. he was trying to sell baby Sand Boas he just hatched to vendors from his pocket. *red flag* he carried around one scared baby Sand Boa in his hand. poor babies.
