I thaw my guys rats on the top of their tanks, it gets them real ready to go lol. The last feeding Azura was at the top of the tank just waiting for me to open it. Boople was just super ready! XD Don't worry she'll be okay, I think she might have struck at the top because she was used to being able to get the food when it's that close whereas mine know that if the lid is on the food isn't ready yet
