My first clutch! Need help identifying a few of them.

3 - Queen Bees (Doesn't matter if Butter or Lesser)

I thought lesser and butter were two different genes? Thus why butter x lesser = BEL? In this situation is it impossible to tell them apart? I'd hate to sell someone a queen bee looking to add lesser to their collection and it turns out I gave them butter instead.
