That is not on, right now and ill post a pic. in my 20gal glass enclosure i use a 100 W CHE with a dimmer on the cool side which keeps everything around 80°. you might need a higher watt bulb. check to see what wattage the dome your using is rated for; you might be able to just swap out bulbs.
