It'll be fine, mine drops to 72*F in winter and I use RHP's in many enclosures.
Some people set the probe on the cool side with the t-stat set to 80*F and then see where the hot spot ends up. Mine are set on the warm side at 85*F with the probe/wire inserted through the back wall so the probe hangs about halfway down the back. That gives a hot spot around 90 and the cool side just is what it is, usually 75-78*F.
