Honestly, from that picture she looks like she is already on eggs. First, relax and enjoy this. They've been doing it without us for millions of years so don't panic. Make sure you have whatever setup you're going to incubate in, ready. When you feel she is done laying eggs put a towel over her head and gently uncoil her from them. Put he in another tub with a lid so you don't have to deal with her while you attend to the eggs. If all the eggs are stuck together, then just put them in the tub like that but make sure the lid isn't going to touch them and they aren't touching the sides of the tub, otherwise use a larger tub. If there are individual eggs, try not to change their attitude. Keep whatever side is up in the same position when you put them in the tub.
If you want to candle them, take them in a dark room and use a small LED flashlight and just touch the eggs. If they are viable you'll see veins. After that, put them in the incubator and prepare yourself for the longest 60 days of your life. Best of luck to you.
