Sorry if that wasn't clear, I have two thermometers measuring ambients on both sides, and one of them (the cold side one) has a probe that I place on the hot side to measure its temps so I get ambients and humidities on both sides and hot side surface. Also why have the probed thermometer testing the cool side when the warm side is more crucial !?
