    The difference is minimal and since there is no study on BP nutritional requirement no one can make such a claim.

    If you feed the same amount of food in grams your animal will grow at the same rate the problem is when people feed mice they will feed less than if they feed rats and vice versa.

    The it's better when it comes to rats come down to cost and convenience.

    This applies to BP now if we talk about colubrids yes one prey is better than another but it is because of the size prey fed and fat content of the same size prey (different debate entirely)
