    If you think it's an RI, listen for popping noises when he's breathing, look for open mouth breathing, or for discharge from the mouth and nose. I'm not sure what it could be as I didn't see it and there are no pictures (unless it's something obvious, picture evidence is hard to get) but if it's something that's really causing you to worry then take him to a quick check up at the vet. At the very worst, you pay a few dollars to have a professional tell you nothing's wrong and you feel silly for worrying, or if there is something wrong they'll help you fix it
