    Honestly, I could have done without seeing it dying and bleeding out, but they ate it all, so not a waste in my opinion.

    As a chef, I am a big fan of Gordon Ramsay, he's a culinary legend. He's also very humane and compassionate towards animals. You could tell he was a bit out of his comfort zone there, but hey, he ate it and it didn't die for nothing.

    As for the humane keeping of the animals in there, Vietnam is a very different place than here in the States. You'd be surprised to see how a lot of the animals we eat every day are kept here in the States though. It's horrible.

    I am very much a carnivore, and will eat just about anything. Just, please, kill it before I see it and make sure it's killed humanely.
