    Snake/Reptile inspired jewelry..

Everyone that knows me well, knows that I'm not much into jewelry (or fashion purses, watches, etc) I'm usually outdoors either doing chores or being..well outdoors I would always have to take fine jewelry off and that gets old. Besides I find most of it boring and generic.

For me to like jewelry it has to be un-usual, unique and different. A old antique piece with a story, a handmade unique item or...snake inspired

My friends just came back from their European cruise and brought me this back...they know me well I LOVE it. I also have some great snake earrings, but I can't wear those very often. This pendant though (made out of glass, from Venice) I can definitely wear. Its not "fine" jewelry, but its sooo cool

Does anyone else have snake or reptile inspired jewelry? I'm going to post a picture of the earrings in a little bit, have to find them, lol..

Here are the earrings. They were hand made in Malaysia, I love their detail..

There is also a Ring I love. But its made from chocolate diamonds (the only one's I like, I find clear diamonds boring, lol) by Le Vian. They make gorgeous snake/reptile jewelry, but a bit out of the affordable range

Lovely! All of it. Especially coming from Europe and friends. That ring, though... You have excellent taste.

    Hah!!!

Then you should see me after a hot summers day working at the barn and with the horse.

Grooming a horse is the process of transferring dirt from the horse to the owner, LOL. And then there is hay to move, paddocks to clean, etc. But I love it.

I also love fishing, but for the life of me, it doesn't love me back, I never catch anything. The one time I did, and got all excited, I reeled that fish in and RIGHT at the water edge it got loose and took off..sigh. While I can cook quite well and I'm a excellent (ocd) home maker, I much prefer doing work outdoors or reno projects, etc.

I've always been somewhat of a tomboy I like to think I inherited some of that from my Dad who was a great man. He was a workaholic, couldn't sit still and he could fix/build everything. He was my hero. When we built our house in Germany I used to be right there beside him, at 11 years old, LOL, doing as much as I could.

Even this nice fishing Kayak and good gear doesn't help me any, its hopeless !!! And I googled bait, hooks, this and that. Hopeless, I say...

Isn't it gorgeous ? Le Vian makes such unique stuff. Lots of it with chocolate or colored diamonds on rose gold..so "different" and stunning. And there is a lot of reptile themed stuff.
But yeah, big $$ and I could hardly ever wear it. But perhaps one day I'll buy something from them just because. I can admire "my precious" at home, haha.

There is actually quite a lot of reptile / snake jewelry around. With so many people "disliking" our beloved animals, there are sure many buying that stuff..

If its a "sale" site, please pm me the link

Good for you! I am trying to raise my daughter the same way. And, wow, that kayak is Florida style fishing right there! Flats and bay. Tight lines!

It is! I had to look them up. Definitely unique, red carpet worthy and the price of a new horse!
