    As far as I know leucistics can't produce pigment and that's why they are white. If that is the case then a banana bel can't have spots. I'm not a huge fan of pairing that can produce leucistics with extra hidden traits but hey that's just me. It'll be a diverse clutch no matter what. Good luck on the odds.
