    Noooo, one RHP on the hot on side makes the opposite side the cool side.. You either do that in the entire enclosure (1 snake) or you divide the T10 into (2) 24x24x15" sides and each then beed their own Rhp for heat.. But still the same idea, you put the RHP all the way to one side and the far side will then be cool side.

    If you divide a T10 you would use a 40 Watt RHP for each side/snake otherwise you would use and 80 Watt for one snake using the entire enclosure.
