    Question about hides

Okay, so my ball pythons have shoe boxes as hides (I replace them weekly or when they make a mess) and its getting annoying having to cut the boxes and making them the right size. I plan on buying plastic hides because i dont want to buy a fancy hide yet bc they are babies and they will grow out of them (once theyre adults i will buy some sick hides for them) so i was looking into these plastic hides

My ball pythons are a little more than 20 inches, feeding on rat pups or big mice, im thinking medium size? do you use these hides? How good or bad are they? Thank you

I use them. Go ahead and get the large size ones, your snake will grow into them soon enough. Until then you can take up some of the extra space inside with balls of crumpled up paper.

I've got two mediums of this model for my bp and they work great! Much better than the half log my boy came with, and they're very easy to clean. Definitely a recommended hide.

My snakes came with half logs in a "ball python kit" :rip off: They hated them and were trying to escape the enclosure until i figured it out and gave them shoeboxes, they love them but i dont lol
Would you please tell me the dimensions of the mediums?
