    Looks like a good survey but you may be leaving a few of us out that actually have the data you are looking for (I am out, too many animals). I am actually interested in the results as well. If question #1 becomes how many do you have your numbers will work. I am also thinking there is a possibility that light cycles may have an impact on this, but I am not sure. If people are night dropping temps or not might also be a factor. Age of the animal is going to come in to play. I would leave out males less than a year, and females less than two.
