[help] herpstat not turning on

I have not dealt with Herpstat yet, but the first thing I would look for would be a fuse or breaker on the unit. Also, try plugging it into a different outlet.

recently bought two Herpstat intro+, the one on my T8 is perfect, however i just tried to plug in my second one and once i changed the temp: dark. unplugged and plugged it back in: nothing. UGH. anyone deal with something like this before? seems very odd; google can't find something like it. any troubleshooting advice? if i can't find a fix i plan on contacting Spyder, but i've had such bad luck with new purchases i'd rather find a solution!

I've e-mailed Dion at Spyder a couple times and found him to be really down to earth and honest. I'm sure he'll help you.
