[help] herpstat not turning on

I cant stand electronic problems because basically we (consumers) cant work on or fix these things. They should of put a RESET/GFI button on these Tstats.
So your screen is Black/Blank now?
What other "New" purchases have you had back luck with? I'd like to stay clear if possible!!

not electronics related: recently bought two large hides from Reptile Basics, and this is what i got:



they were stacked: top one was okay but the bottom one had a cracked corner from the obvious abuse. it's not directly Reptile Basics fault but WTH!?! absolutely unacceptable! they're sending a replacement but it's just so frustrating to go through this stuff 😬
