I too always have fed all my snakes in their cages and the only one I cant just reach in and pick up my snakes is my JCP but she is crazy to begin with lol. Your snake sounds like its being defensive. Recheck all your husbandry. All that condensation and what looks like completely soaked Eco Earth is not good for him for a long time. Plus all I see in his cage is one log hide which those log hides provide pretty much nothing for security as they are open in both ends. He probably doesn't feel secure. Even my crazy JCP will let me pick her up 50% of the time without getting bit lol.
