One or two can go into snake bags and get stuffed down your shirt. Up to half a dozen, put into bags + tubs, put tubs in bed under your covers, and you + SO + kids + dogs + cats get in the bed and provide heat.

More than that, and you need backup heat that doesn't need electricity, or a generator.
