I see the benefits of living in each area of the country, but there's something about snow around holidays and in the woods that makes it ultra special to me....
....this is from about a month ago on my property in central Wisconsin, but it will sure be beautiful with a fresh snowfall. Most of the trees you see are sugar maples so I'm going to have quite a bit of sap this year
Northern British Columbia. It's snowed a couple times already but hasn't stayed. We get tonnes of snow every year. Shovelling is a pain in the rear, (thank goodness for kids who'll do it for ten bucks) but we have some excellent ski slopes.
