    The eggs can survive the freezing process and be, for lack of a better term, jump started on the other side of the digestive tract. I periodically spray my enclosures with zoo med mite off (it isn't chemical) as a preventative. If mites happen it isn't the end of the world, it's just annoying to get rid of.

    I did buy from Kahoots for a while and didn't have issues, besides their feeders being small.
