Re: Baby Ball Python keeping in heat/humidity?

I ordered a 75 watt heat lamp and dome, 2 thermomiters/humidity measurers and it's going to get here tomorrow. Hopefully that'll solve he problem. He's looking a bit pink, so I think he's gonna shed soon. Does anyone know how to heat up his cage more?

The heat lamp will help but it will also dry out your cage so you are going to need to compensate for humidity. Is this a screen top tank? If so, you should cover the screen top and use a wider water bowl in order to help maintain the humidity up.

Is that heating pad regulated with a thermostat? It can get hot enough to burn your snake if left unregulated.
