Regarding letting Wisdom roam, this is because this individual would rather satisfy curiousity than hide. He generally doesn’t use hides in his cage either. The first time I let him have a roam was after months in quarantine and he wall pretty acclimated to me. I walked right beside him just in case but he would rather climb than get tangled up in the recliner. Now if he every reaches that ceiling fan, I’ll be sorry.

His eyes though.... after his first roam experience, he was sitting on his tub, in the quarantine room. He watched me for a moment and then, (you all wont believe me), his eyes sparkled like a light bulb went off in his snake brain and he voluntarily crawled up on my shoulders. He realized that was the way to get more fun and adventure. Ever since then he lets me pick him up without a fuss and when he is thinking, curious retic mode, even seems to like being patted. The other one, Maiden, is totally different she would disappear in a heart beat.
