I think I may have found the source. My little cousin came over two days ago and now checking over everything the UTH wasn't plugged into the thermostat, so it was off.

I'm sorry man. Personally, I wouldn't ask for a refund if you believe that is the case, but that's just me. If you feel ready for another, maybe the breeder would work with you on the price of another. I think that would be a more likely successful approach than asking for a refund. Best of luck to you.
