An absolute complete newb
I went to the Hamburg Reptile show last weekend with friends and ended up impulse buying a ball python. I admit I have never owned a snake previously, and looked up on my phone the basic care info to pick up what I would need to get her a tank set up, though I am now purchasing some nicer stuff to redo it with a better set up.
Having never owned a snake, or looked into ball python husbandry and coloration, of course most of the info from her breeder was Greek to me then, and now that I have spent a week looking stuff up online I understand a lot more.
I was told she's a pastel super cinnamon female hatched in July. She had a successful feeding Wednesday, pooped, and does seem to be ok with exploring her tank so it seems like she is settling in fine. Caveat with her being that she was born with a missing eye. As I have zero plans on breeding and she's to be a pet, it's why I really fell for her. Long story short, I also have a one eyed cat and a one eyed gargoyle gecko. I have a soft spot for cyclops critters.
However, as she is moving about, I notice she's got the wobble, though I can't find anything about her particular morph being susceptible to it. I first thought it was just an issue from her missing an eye throwing off her perception. My cat has some depth perception problems so figured it was par for the course.
Her name is Traya, after a fave blind Sith Lord. You can see the missing eye in the second pic.

Neato girl! Wondering how much did you buy her for?

Aw, she's beautiful. Congratulations! There's plenty of husbandry info on here if you're looking. Loks the name, btw.

I will definitely get pics of the setup once it is moved to its new home in my room. Too much stuff, not enough room so had to clear out things.

I paid $150, which seems less than her morph would be with both eyes but prob still too much. Ah well, she was the snake I wanted.

Thank you! Yeah, I definitely have been reading through a lot. I like spoiling my pets so I want her to have the best set up.

I'm absolutely shocked you got a female super cinnamon combo for 150 dollars, defect or not that's a steal!
