It's a captive hatch and until proven different it is a normal, not all captive hatched import prove out to be anything regardless of whom imports them, most actually do not prove to be anything more than normal, it's a gamble people take when getting an import, the only way to find out is by breeding it, holding back some offsprings, pairing them back to him etc.
Until than it's worth $20 top because that is what normal go for if you want to take a gamble and pay $150 for something that may or may not prove to be anything it's up to you.
