Bingo, there are lots of options to heat a small amount of water during a power outage - camp stove or propane grill, chafing candles or tea light candles used in catering, etc. Just be careful of anything with an open flame.

Since you only have one ball python you can also put it into a snake bag or pillow case, tie it closed, and put it down the front of your shirt to keep warm. At night put the bag into a bin and put that under your bed covers with you. The bin is to ensure you don't roll onto your snake and for added security in case it escapes from the snake bag.

Definitely put off feeding for a few days.

I would also set my refrigerator and freezer to the lowest possible temperatures, and fill up any empty space inside of them with bottled water. The food inside will take longer to warm up and/or spoil if the power goes out if they're at a lower temperature to begin with, and added thermal mass from the water will also keep the food cold for longer.
