    I just noticed this it depends entirely on the snake. Some hypos darken a lot others gett more red but a lot of them just seem to brown out with age. Hypos have a dark and light phase too.

    They aren't great photos but I think the difference came out well enough. The lighting is different between the photos but this is what my male looks like in the dark vs red/light phases.



    And a few in his red phase or light phase. I do think he is going to be a dark adult most of the time.
