Jumbi got a new toy today.. or maybe 2.

My hair and his new bamboo!



He always periscopes outside of his hide the day before feeding. He always thinks I might feed him a day early. Silly chunker haha

I always come home to a poo it seems like Perfect opportunity to weigh him

Seems we have a weekly poop schedule now! 250g empty.
Also fed him today, such a voracious eater! Still scares the crap out of me with that strong feeding response.

My dress was on my bed and he found it to be a comfy place to settle. I literally carried him in it and he just laid still like a little prince.


Weighed him out of curiosity and he's at 277g full.

Thought it would be cool to post some comparison pics. I've only had him for a little under 3 months so there's not any massive change since I got him, but clearly growing!

nice! love the comparison shots.

it's especially remarkable when u look back at their hatchling pix or think back of when u first get them. they look so big, so normal size in the breeder pix. but when u get them in hand, they're just scaredy, lil noodles with big heads. then they grow into these lil giants we call ball pythons. lol

They really do look bigger in pictures! All my friends think he's huge until I show them a pic of him in my hand. Gotta cherish the lil noodle moments! Soon he'll be one large banana haha

Little chunker has broken the 300g mark! 301g to be exact

I'm still trying to get rid of the mice which is why it looks so small (because it is!) so he gets 2. He'll end up with 3 soon Then to rats!
