    She's technically a sterling 50% het pied

The pairing was a pewter bee het pied to pastel poss het pied, but the pastel didn't prove out (at least this time).

I thought maybe too! I didn't know if het pied influenced anything other than markings on the belly.

Im on the camp that pied is actually an incomplete dominant/co-dominant trait mainly on the basis that sometimes it tends to mess with patterns and the fact that it reacts with champagne so drasticly that the het form looks like a traditional pied and the homozygous looks like a leucistic white snake.

ps. I just checked my tumblr dashboard and your snake came up xD

That is very interesting- made me look it up and found that "pied champagne saga" that you might have seen too. How weird!

And LOL yep, there she is, reblogged everywhere with her incorrect name.
