Re: Hatchling's eye bulging and white ring around it

I think that this can't be paradox bell because it's from combination of butter pastel x pastel

well, IMO that top one is def. just Pastel. unless the bottom one is the mom and was previously bred to another BEL-animal and retained the sperm, i dunno. but that's why it's called a paradox.

Pastel is the mother. Also mates this season with a super lesser. I do not know, I'm a little confused

The female had never produce any animal with that type of issue (either before or after), as for the male it was here on a loan, not sure if it was used in further breeding.

I kept 2 of the siblings which were perfect and have since produces perfect offsprings.

I do not believe this to be genetic. Just a diffect.

That's odd! How did you end up with a white snake with normal patches from a pastel female? Crazy!

Yes all of the others in this clutch are fine as well. So it just always peeled away and came back?

It's been my experience while in my care yes.

The animal was part of a breeding loan and was picked by the other person so I did not raise him, so I could not tell you more about it, it stays in my possession for about 2 months.
