How many females to a male

I like to run 1.3 or 1.4 with my animals but it's variable depends on how good your male is, what is size is and how well you manage him, whether he eats through the season or not etc

I ran a first timer this season through 6 females and he sired 45 offsprings.

Awesome! Makes me feel better about running my pastel highway male to 3 females.
