I thought this was a myth that females are extremely rare. Don't you just need a female banana and you can make all the females you want? Considering all males bananas from the female will be fm and females will be a female they shouldn't be that rare. I guess I figured there are so many more males because they are a lot cheaper and no one seems to understand how the gene works
