And because pictures are online on a particular website it does not mean you are free to post them or use them, I have some pictures on WOB and I allow WOB to use them, it does not mean I allow anyone else to use or re-post them

The copyright owner of the pictures is not WOB it is the person who took the picture.

Like I said it's simple you just post a link.

I think this could fall under Fair Use though. Also if there is a credit to the website they are on it is mostly fine sans claiming ownership or commercial use. I haven't looked hard but I didn't immediately see a wob terms of use so I would say at this point it is up in the air

Alright last time what I am asking YOU is to follow OUR TOS which means in a more simple form DO NOT post pictures that do not belong to you. That simple and you can argue all day long about it it won't change my request.

I wasn't arguing with that statement. I was commenting on the fact that it may be legal to use wob images under Fair Use. I am not arguing about that and in fact if I can I will edit the post back linking or post a new one sourcing. I wasn't arguing "break the tos". I think you misinterpret my intentions
