Not exactly. Both Ghost/Hypo and Albino are recessive genes. You need an animal that expresses the visual morph, or is double heterozygous, meaning that the animal needs to have two alleles of a given trait to express it visually. For example, Albinism. A "het" is an animal that caries the gene, but it's not expressed visually. This animal has a 50% chance of passing on that genetic if it's bred to a visual of the same recessive morph. In your example all of the babies would be "double het" crying the genetics for both Ghost and Albino, but not be visuals of either.
Of course all of this is based upon memory from high school Bio way back in the day, so your milage may vary but I think I'm right.
