    Small mouse= what size rat??

    So my baby ball python Kaa, has been on small mice but I'm switching him over to rat soon. What size should I get?

    A pup is about the same as a large mouse so I would say rat fuzzies would be a small mouse. Here is a chart someone posted and I saved it so I would know. I hope they don't mind I post it.

    A Small mouse can be about -10 grams.
    A Large mouse is anywhere from 17-22 grams.
    Rat pups are generally 22-34 grams.

    Just get her switched over to rat pups asap, it'll be easier in the long run!
    10-15% of her bodyweight is the general rule of thumb.
