What type of enclosure are you getting? You may have to deal with the war on humidity with a heat lamp until you can afford a rhp. Just get some substrate that retain moisture such as cypress mulch or the coconut husks.Originally Posted by Mizaniverse
So I was about to order my cage end everything for my ball python and then my mom said no I couldn't heat my rom 24/7 to keep ambient temperatures up. So what should I do? I don't exactly have the money for an RHP (plus they don't even heat air right?) and I heard that heat lamps dry out a cage... What should I do? No space heaters either. BTW my room can get to like 60 degrees during the night and winter. Thanks for you guys's help in advance.
