    I never let my chihuahua's near the snakes. If I'm holding a snake and they come up to me, I tell them "no!" and they go do their own thing and they've learned that snakes are something to avoid now. I've seen videos on YouTube of dogs with snakes draped on them, I've never seen the benefit of it. In my opinion, the snakes interacting with dogs aren't beneficial to them at all, so what's the point in going through the stress of trying to introduce them to each other and trying to get them comfortable with each other?

    Besides, when my boa gets big enough, the dogs will practically be snake food... Don't want her around the dogs at that point.
