New Pictures
So, with our daughter's birth, life got rather busy and my in-laws were in our spare bedroom (which is also where I setup my light kit), so I hadn't taken pictures in a little while. When I setup the light kit after everyone had left, I chose to set it up a little differently. I usually have the two softboxes at the front, angled in with one of full power and the other at 60%. I then have the reflectors at the sides before the background to keep as much light in as possible and I have the hairlight softbox over the back of the flat area to try to keep the back from getting too deep into the shadows. This time I put both softobxes on full power on the left side an the reflectors on the right side. I put the hairlight softbox over the right side, but there were still more shadows on the right side. I think this setup has some potential, but needs more tweeking.
Well, here are the pictures:
I took this shot of a 2014 male Cinnamon Yellowbelly Paint and a 2015 male Cinnamon Yellowbelly Paint just to see what a year of growth does:

Here is a top and belly shot of the 2015 male Cinnamon Yellowbelly Paint:

Here is a picture of a 2015 female Cinnamon Yellowbelly:

I really like this 2015 female Pastel Calico! She just keeps getting better as she ages.

The next two are snakes that we bought to change it up some.
First up is the 2015 female Fire Clown. We got her from Justin Kobylka at http://www.jkobylkareptiles.com/ (https://www.facebook.com/jkreptiles/)and are really excited to be working with Clown. She is super bright and Justin says that because of the Fire gene, she'll just keep getting better as she ages. Look forward to using her to jump into the Clown project.

And this boy is going to be seeing a lot of girls in the fall. He is a 2015 male Enchi Fire Orange Dream that we got from Limey at http://www.royalreptilia.com/ (https://www.facebook.com/RoyalReptilia/):

And finally, here is a picture of our 2015 Clutch 11 twins. They came out of the same egg at 19 and 21 grams but are starting to grow well!

Thanks for looking, and check out our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SlowcountryBalls/) where we have some animals on a Baby Sale since our daughter was recently born!

What's sad is that I saw some of those in person and the pictures don't even do them justice.
Great animals as always.

Thanks. Yeah, he cooperated nicely. Sometimes they are all wiggly, and other times they take a second or two to flip over and you can get a good picture.

In the future, we'll have to work something out to ease the hate then!

Thanks. They were on mouse fuzzies for a while, but they are eating well and growing now. I think they are now 160 grams and 185 grams and eating rat pups and weaned rats.
Another softbox came yesterday, so I mounted it on my extra stand, put my extra light bulbs in it, and snapped a few more pictures. I like the extra light a lot, I think it amounted to about 1.25 stops of more light.
Here is a 2014 female Mystic Potion that I sold to a friend and am now babysitting while he and his family move. She's been eating great and packing on the grams.

This 2015 male Pastel Calico Woma Pinstripe has finally come into his own color. The whites on the side are really cool. They work well with the Woma sides. I like how the Woma gene pulled the pattern up towards the middle of the back.

Here is a 2014 female Mystic off of one of my two melaistic girls. I plan on breeding her brother, a melanistic Pastave to her this fall. This is a project that I am hoping produces some dark Mystic Potions.

And who doesn't like a good looking female Super Stripe?

She's hit her 1,000 gram wall, but I'm hoping she get over that soon.
