make sure the humidity is bumped up to around 65-75% during this time until your BP sheds to ensure a smooth shed process.

also, they're pretty much blind during this "blue" stage so dont handle them if you dont have to.

generally signs for an upcoming shed will be:
belly has pink tone
colors dull all over
eyes go blue (cloudy as you refer to it) this is called being in blue
within a few days BP will be out rubbing on rough surface to peel shed, allow them to do so then clean the tank.

overall around a 2 week process, give or take a few days.
