That's kinda crazy.... but I've heard so many great, positive things about them, I hate to get upset with this transaction and experience thus far. I understand how they can get delayed if one of their suppliers are holding things up... and I'm sure it's hard for them to communicate to all their customers. I'm just trying not to get frustrated and be patient. Like you, I'm excited to get some snakes in the new cage.
