    I'd have to disagree, that's definitely not a Spider, it's a Bee. Middle baby is an unshed spider.

    Yes, 10000000000000% a Bee. That does look like a Super Pastel, though. Let us know what the breeder says, he may have bred her.

    Mystery solved. Apparently she was paired with pastel het pied too.

    No only two hatchlings from this clutch. But hopefully I will have a few more interesting clutches this season.

    So that would indicate the Super Pastel was sired by the Pastel het Pied, and if so that means it is only possible het for Pied, correct? Now what about the Bee? The Pastel could be from the Dam/Bee or the Sire/Pastel het Pied. So there is no way to be 100% certain it is het for Pied unless it is proved out. That's kind of a bummer, since you had probably expected them to be 100% het Pied. They are really beautiful just the same.

    Exactly! Now I have to deal with poss hets. At least it was a bumblebee and a super pastel instead of normals.
