You know what, the blanket she was on in those videos is an electric blanket and it was on medium heat. Maybe she was moving faster than usual because she was warmed up? Hopefully not too warm. Thanks for the insight!

I'm not sure if she saw anything unusual but in that first video it sure seems like she was interested in my face or the phone.

What are her normal enclosure temps and where are you measuring them from?

Hot spot 91-92, cool spot varies around 77-84, depending on ambient temps in the room. Too cold? I use a Zoomed UTH and have it regulated by a Hydrofarm herpstat. Both hot and cold spot measurements are from the probe/thermometer box thing being on the floor of the tub. I don't put them on the walls of the tub because I think that would get me ambient air temps only, but if that's wrong then please let me know.

As long as they are reading surface temps, that sounds good. Maybe she's just lazy in her enclosure. I thought since you thought she was moving fast that perhaps she was to cool in her enclosure so it was slowing her down.

Oh yeah, I understand the logic of that. It would make sense but yeah maybe every time I take her out she's still groggy and half asleep haha

Looks fine to me. Wait until your snake tries to climb on the ceiling of the cage like spider pig. Both my big boa and my BP do that sometimes. Its rather funny to watch.

Oh yeah, she did that pretty often when she was around 2/3 months old. She mostly did it at night when she was more active, and she would fall down quite a lot. So she was my "thing that goes bump in the night"
