I used to live in Westminster and always like Bowman's Feed and Pet, and it's almost a straight shot down 27 from Hanover. I believe they breed their own feeders and I think you can call and ask them to do a f/t order for you. It's been a few years since I've been in the area, but I always thought it was a well-run store so it may be worth a try.
