I'm pretty sure he is saying what we are all thinking:
That having two male and a female in the enclosure is really a bad move on your part.
That flickering may very well be agitation or defensive moves because you have them all together.
You should really keep them separated, and only have 1 male in with 1 female for breeding purposes.
I know you won't listen, but that's my advice.

Re: Tail Wag...
I've seen suggested many times to put a male that wont breed in with a breeding male and female or just with another breeder male to help influence the male that wont breed to breed through the use of this introduction of competition (for a short period of time, supervised of course).. soo what's the fuss? As long as they're not in this setup all the time. If he's trying to get his other male to compete/breed, I don't really see the issue. Or am I mistaken?

Re: Tail Wag...
I guess it's a question of whether or not this is a permanent housing situation. If it's just a temporary breeding arrangement and the other male is in there to influence the other, like you suggested, and removed when he is not present to supervise, than im sure there is no major harm being done. But don't quote me, I'm still learning myself.
Also to the OP, I noticed in your signature you have 2 of your snakes listed as "super normal." If I may, what do you mean by that? Are they just that normal looking?
Bellissimo Ball Pythons
0.1 Normal
0.1 Pastel Piebald
0.1 SuperFly
0.1 GHI
0.1 Albino
1.0 Albino Stinger
1.0 Banana Spider
1.0 Pastel Savannah
1.0 Pastel 66% Het Pied
More coming soon...I'm sure.

It means they're plain old normals, but he won't listen to everyone who tells him that.
And you're right I jumped the gun here. Mostly because OP was previously housing the snakes he started with inappropriately before. I'm sorry ECechoHO, I know you came here to learn and I hope you keep doing so. As long as they're being supervised and all snake are now being housed separately when not together for breeding purposes, there shouldn't be a problem.
