I would definitely go with hydrofarm instead of zoo med, if those are your options. I've used both, and hydrofarm is definitely the more reliable of the two. I think vanthios did a good job explaining the rest. make sure you post pictures when you bring your new pet home! And feel free to post pics of your setup once you get it together if you need more help.
