You can’t predict prices from one year to another let alone in 5 years from now.
And as far as the market crashing if you pay attention and listen to people it always has been.
It’s not a problem of the market crashing it’s the natural course of supply and demand and the real issue is the people not being capable to evolve with the market (among other things)
