You should take him to the Vet. Just to be sure he's ok some blood work and a Swab from the rear end to see what the bacteria looks like as in Good or Bad, it will be well worth it...

I was wondering why he was so cheap but that makes sense. They said he was there for awhile

I bought a Parrot there that was marked down from 600.00 two 61.99 . Never Cheap Affordable lol I hate the word cheap lol
